RPM Car Rental Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Valid Identification

The renter must provide a valid CNIC / Passport and complete required documentation before the vehicle is handed over.

2. Driver Policy

Vehicles are provided with professional drivers unless otherwise agreed. Self-drive vehicles require additional verification and security.

3. Rental Duration

Rental charges are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Fuel Policy

Fuel terms will be specified at the time of booking. Some packages include fuel while others may be fuel exclusive.

5. Running Limit

Certain vehicles have a daily kilometer limit. Extra kilometers will be charged according to the company policy.

6. Damage Responsibility

The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period due to negligence or misuse.

7. Traffic Violations

Any traffic fines, challans, or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.

8. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or official confirmation from RPM Car Rental Services.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation before the booking date.

10. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless specifically permitted.

11. Late Return Policy

Late returns beyond the agreed time may result in additional rental charges.

12. Company Rights

RPM Car Rental Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice if company policies are violated.
